Advice?

So, I just found out that my mom basically stole my identity when I was 12. I have $710 Medicom bill in my name, and she said my age was 1990. (It’s 1999, I just turned 18 in December) Medicom is clearing it but I want to make sure my siblings who are underage don’t have the same problem. She has custody of 2 of them. Could I possibly call DHS on her? It’s considered neglect/child abuse. I love my siblings and I don’t want them to deal with what I just had to deal with. I can’t press charges on her because she denied it. Even though she has a long history of Identify theft and Credit card fraud. I live in Iowa.
