We just had our Nuchal translucency test today and they said our Nuchal fold was measuring bigger than normal. I’m not positive about the Nuchal fold measurements but I tried to keep track when they did the ultrasound they had an NT of 2.6 and then measured another one that had 3.2.

They said not to worry yet and sent me in to get blood tests. Then they also are sending me for another blood test and to a perinatal specialist. I asked why we had to go to a specialist if we were getting blood tests and they didn’t really answer. I’m just afraid at this point because they’re doing so many tests!

My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage due to a blighted ovum because of chromosomal abnormalities so now I’m just worried more so.

Do any of you have some positive results after scary Nuchal tests?
