5 weeks 1 days help!!

As of today, i THINK I’m 5 weeks 1 day. Yesterday morning and today I’ve had pink spotting. No cramps and no lower back pain. I called my OB dr (first appt is Friday) yesterday and told them, and their only advice was go to the ER. I didn’t think that was necessary since it’s not bright red blood. Can someone calm my nerves and tell me it’s normal??

EDIT: i saw my OB. He said it’s likely I’ll lose the baby, but it’s still too early to tell. I had an US done but nothing was seen. Blood work was drawn and I’ll have my first set of numbers tomorrow and a redraw on Friday!
