Collagen deficiency!

Hey there! First time posting. I’m 26 years old, just moved countries, started my own business and have an anxiety disorder.... needless to say I’m stressed. That aside I also think I’ve always had a collagen disorder causing me to have really saggy skin even though I’m fit (breast lift at 17, saggy skin on my neck, UNBELIEVABLY hollowed under eyes, strong smile lines, and even saggy labias) it’s driving me insane how much older my body looks. What can I do to increase my collagen... fillers, diet, supplements....?
