I think looking and lusting/staring is different. A glance in that direction is normal (unfortunately) even I catch myself glancing at men that my eyes appreciate. (I say that weird because I don't actually get turned on or find anyone attractive in a conscious sense. I can't sit there and actively be like "wow that guys hot" because I'm weird and only feel that way about my boyfriend) BUT staring/lusting, is a big no no. Meaning, them looking and actively appreciating/thinking about, I think that's wrong.
