Injuries 😭😭

Anyone elses one year olds going to give there parents heart attacks? My little one keeps falling with things in her hands and hurting her self. Last night she tripped and fell onto her cup and gave herself a little nose bleed. Today she falls onto her toy box and splits her lip. I don't know what to do other than wrap her in bubble wrap.
