Are blood tests always required?
Recently a doctor at planned parenthood agreed with me that I probably have PCOS based on symptoms.
She tried to get me started on Metformin but legally she couldn’t. Now I made an appointment with a regular gyno.
I know that blood tests can be super expensive (I have crappy insurance) and I was wondering if they always have to do them. I’m hoping the doctor might put me on Metformin without having to pay over a grand for tests.
