I NEED TO LOSE BUT HOW?!?

I am a teenager and I weigh a lot more than I should. Im trying to lose weight but its seems like Ive done every diet known to mankind. I try so hard with no carbs, no sugar, no gluten, exercise 5 times a week, healthy shakes, etc. I need some advice from my fellow ladies. Can anyone help? Im tired of being this size!!!😩😩😩
