Am I? Or am I not ?

So me and my boyfriend had sex unprotected and came in me on Christmas Day (the day after my ovulation day). My "period" should of came on the 5th but it came on the 7th and it was spotting to light and then ended on the 8th with a light blood. ( my periods usually last 5/6 days and they are consistent)

My nipples have been pretty sore ever since December. And I've been having cramping, bad headaches, and a runny nose for all most a month now. I took a test yesterday morning but it came back negative. Also this week was my ovulation week and I been having such bad cramps.
