So, everyone aspires to live their best and healthiest life— right? So New Years is basically the time to commit to a new self. I used New Years as a way to force myself into creating a discipline to follow. I started using an app made for counting calories called “Lose it!” In order to be mindful of what I eat. Fast forward to three weeks later, I’m down 12.1 lbs as of today! Not only am I losing weight, I also received in the mail pieces to help build a cosplay for late March. I FEEL BOMB AS FUCK, but will still continue to work on making good eating decisions and habits in order to loose weight, as well as at home workouts to sculpt my body!
