possible ectopic

so 2 weeks ago I went for my 6 week scan for them not to be able to find the fetal pole only gestation sac, my doctor thinks it could be an ectopic pregnancy and is very worried, I have had blood test and my levels are rising but not doubling as they should be, I am booked for another ultrasound this arvo in a couple of hours to find out, thing is I have had no bleeding at all, have no extreme pain or pain that has worried me, I have had 2 miscarriages in the past 12 months and I feel completely different this pregnancy and I understand ectopic can still cause symptoms but I'm just convinced it's not
