is this normal?

there is something that always creeps me out when i go to my MIL's house my bfs youngest brother he is 8. He says some mest up stuff one time he said he wanted to be a cop because he wanted to kill people it creeped me out he had also said he wants to be in a chucky doll to kill people. He also told his brother he wishes he was dead he has said he wants to kill himself. He also killed a fish on purpose at age 6 and he thought it was funny! which has creeped me out so i don't let them watch my son or leave him alone with that kid.
