Horrible excruciating cramps

When I got to work today I had the most excruciating cramps ever. I got soooo sweaty, hot, doubled over in pain, pale & super super dizzy. When I got to the office I just collapsed on the floor. I knew I was gonna faint cuz I had black spots in my eyes. It scared me. My cramps have never been that bad. Has anyone experienced this? I need help ladies. Thank you
