Evening primrose oil? ?

Hey y'all I'm 38 weeks and so ready for this baby to be here!! lol not trying to induce really I'm just wanting to prepare my body and maybe get things going. has anyone used epo? I took 2 orally but I wanna try it vaginally but if I put one up my vag will the whole thing melt? I'm really curious lol I don't want pieces of the gel falling out all day.. tia :)

I started inserting them vaginally at night with my first around 36 weeks and it just gave me horrible oily discharge all day long and I still went a week over. My OB told me it’s an old wives tale and actually male semen is far more effective in thinning a cervix. I’m not bothering with them this time around, it’s a gross hassle that did nothing except ruin my panties haha

I take 2 orally and one vaginally at night. I can see a little oil when I pee but I haven’t had a problem with super oily discharge? It dissolves pretty quick as I’ve never peed out the capsule or anything. Hoping it helps!

i took 2 -500mgs orally followed by 1 vaginally lastnight and i’m pretty sure i lost my mucus plug today.. i’m 36 weeks tomorrow.. 
i heard of some women inserting up to 2000mg’s.. no wonder they had bad discharge..  i barely had any oily discharge ..
