I have an IUD, kyleena, I got it in late August. My SO and I have sex pretty often and lately (past week or so) I’ve been feeling extra tired and moody. We stopped using condoms around November and he doesn’t pull out since I have an IUD. I also get very nauseous and hot at night right around 11:00 every time. My taste buds have started changing and now hate milk chocolate. I’m a girl who has always loved chocolate btw. I had my “period” beginning of Jan. But then i’ve has strange slight spotting this week which isn’t normal for me since the IUD insertion. Not sure what to do next. Idk if taking a pregnancy test will be accurate since I have the IUD or not?

Please help!
