Them meeting your parents and vice versa

I wouldn't want to meet his parents if we were a fling or I wasn't in love with him. And I have social anxiety and a RBF so people think I'm weird/rude but I'm just scared but actually more social once I get to know you and I'll open up more. But parents usually think I'm odd. It's not off the table tho, I have to meet them eventually. And even if I am in love with him I wouldn't want him to meet my parents or family because they are rude asf and don't respect me. I don't want to scare anyone off bc of my family. Its at that point where I don't even tell them if I'm seeing anyone and I keep it a secret. People say you have to like your family. Wrong. I don't have to like anyone. I tolerate them, I like them sometimes, loving them is a rare feeling. That sounds bad but I said what I said.
