How many new parents have you hidden on Facebook?

It’s so hard for me to try and be happy for other people anymore. Anyone else feeling guilty or bitter or jealousy?🤣

I just stopped using Facebook. There's so much shit on there and while there are lots of cute videos etc. it's such a time waster.

I hide "unfollow" them all, and don't feel even a tiny bit guilty about it. I am still friends with them and I check in on their pages when I am in the right frame of mind. I think of it as self care, and it is helping prevent me from getting bitter. <3

Ohhh, haha, yes I hide everyone regardless! I have wasted so much time on facebook! Pick up a hobby, start reading, yoga, SOMETHING!!

I’ve only recently hidden them today and yesterday as I’m currently going through a loss, no doubt when I’m better I’ll start following them again and try again myself x

Lol I am a Doula.  I constantly have to deal with seeing babies be born,  it was tough at first, but now I think it's helped. Basically forced me to be happy for others since that is part of my job, and I absolutely love it.

Personally seeing photos of babies jut makes the fire in my belly grow. It gives me a sense of “yeah, it can and does happen. It’ll be me soon.”

Currently hiding 2 pregnant friend’s post. It’s what I have to do for my own sanity. And if I ever get pregnant, I 💯 understand if they do the same to me.
