How can I know if I’m able to have babies?

This might sound like a stupid question. But I’m 21 and I have a regular period. But I can’t help but wonder if I can have children, it’s just a weird thought that crosses my mind. What are the chances that I can’t have children? And what would be the reasons....

A regular period is a good start! 
It’s really hard to know without a doctor whether you have anything that might prevent you. One other thing that might help with a bit more information is how easy or hard it was for your mom to conceive. My mom had no trouble and four easy pregnancies, and I’ve conceived easily and had easy pregnancies so far
