Started vitex last week 1/17. Started very light bleeding this Tuesday 1/23!!! I’m really excited because I was on CD 90 and my last two periods were induced by provera... so progress!!! Yay :)

But I have noticed the amount and even consistency of my flow is different this month. Usually I have really have cycles with lots of pain (endometriosis). These past few days it’s been really light, alternating between light brown and pink. And only leaves a minor mark on a light tampon.

My question is has anyone had their flow change after taking vitex? Does it go back to how it was or does it stay like it is?
