First time using Preseed

Ok Ladies.... so, I am really needing some help understanding this Preseed. I could only afford the Preseed and nothing else. I use my App for when I’m ovulating and my period usually last almost 2 weeks! So.... is there a Best Time to use the Preseed? Best way? Best amount?
