I like Smarty Pants gummies. They have folate, which is the food-based form of folic acid and better absorbed by our bodies. I also like them because I could take them when I was nauseated and puking for 7 weeks straight in my first trimester. I also like Rainbow Light and One A Day. Those aren't gummies, they're huge pills, but they are less expensive, and have everything you need. all prenatals should have folic acid or a form of it.
