Spreading, contagious rash

Hey y’all, yesterday when I woke up I noticed a small red area on my hip and by 3:00 it was all up my side and a place on my face. And I now know it’s contagious Bc my boyfriend has it too. No negative comments about the picture. Just asking if anyone has seen anything like this. Help a girl out!
