Bleeding @ 10 weeks 2 days 😢

I was admitted to hospital two days ago with a stomach bug, I had severe vomiting and diarrhoea for at least 8hrs. I was injected with anti sickness, pain killers and had 3 IV bags due to dehydration. I kept asking about my baby but they said it should be fine. As soon as I got home I started bleeding. It’s dark red blood with very small pieces of blood clots... Anyone else experience this kind of bleeding in the first trimester? Should I be worried I’m now losing my baby? Could my body just be traumatised from all the vomiting/diarrhoea? My 1st Scan was booked for 5th Feb but has been moved to tomorrow... Praying all is well, I’m still bleeding and now cramping 😢
