What’s your thoughts?

Today I am 11 days missed period , I took a test at day 4 and it was faint positive then I took another one and it was negative. So I went to the ER and that test was negative also. I’ve woken up at 3am feeling nausea and some days I have cramps and sore breast , what are your opinions ?
