What doctor do I speak with regarding products for fertility..

I bought vitex, but I have questions about it and I want to run it by my doctor but I'm not sure which doctor to ask. Would it be my endocrinologist or my obygn? Or is it a different doctor I should be speaking with in regards to irregular periods, ovulation and fertility?

Yeah I started with my gyno. I ended up needing to go to a reproductive endocrinologist to get pregnant, but that was after working with my gyno for a few months.

I would start out with talking to your OB, because they most likely know the most about it, and if not, they can definitely recommend you to someone who does. Always talk to your lady doctor first 😌
