At what time if day do you take your prenatal vitamins?

It makes me so sick 🤢😴 I just want to see if anyone is experiencing this.

I take them right before I fall asleep, my doctor recommended that because they can make you more nauseous so she said if you can sleep through that, that would be best!

I take them In the afternoon now. In between lunch and dinner, less to vomit lol.

I take mine in the morning and almost immediately feel sick, so I got a yogurt drink I chug right away and that helps my belly settle and feel a lot better :)

I take mine right before I brush my teeth. So typically in the morning but on a day off it can be a little later. Pairing it with something else I already do every day works best for me. Plus since I take the gummies I know I’m getting any sugars off my teeth

Try taking food derived prenatals, they are more gentle so less likely to get sick with them

I made the mistake of taking mine in the morning one time on an empty stomach.. never again. Before bed is good for me.
