I’m 25, partner is 35. Combined, we make about 80k a year (We also live in north Georgia so cost of living is super low). All of our bills are paid, we own a home, we have a huge savings account that we constantly add to, and we’re very very comfortable. We want to start TTC but both of our parents are so against it because we’re not “financially ready” and “don’t understand how expensive children are”.

I’m getting discouraged and just want to know how much you and your partner made before you were able to comfortably have a child?
