pregnant with a 10 month old?

just looking for opinions... my daughter just turned 10 months old. the last 3 days i've been very dizzy seeing stars when i stand up too fast, semi increase in appetite, bloating, extremely tired, can't get out of bed which normally isn't like me, last night woke up around 3 am to puke, then today i noticed strong BO coming from me which i neverrr get except when i was pregnant. my daughter had been a lot fussier and only wants to be near me but that could be teething. and last, my milk is back. i haven't breastfed since july and dried up... husband and i had sex almost 2 weeks while ovulating... i took a test and got negative. could i be pregnant? would symptoms show this early in 2nd pregnancy? would milk only come back for pregnancy?
