Does it matter if I lost one pill so I took my next pill to replace I.T?

I believe you're fine and you can still have a break between the packs, just remember one thing - you are going to finish the pack one day earlier, so this counts as if you missed the last pill from the pack. When you miss the pill in the third week (and assuming we're talking about missing the last pill from the pack, that would be third week) you can just start the break earlier (one day earlier in this case), but REMEMBER to also start the new pack one day earlier! So if you would normally take the first pill after the break on Wednesday, do in on Tuesday instead. That's how it works with the combined pills I used to be on and that's what the pamphlet said, but read yours to be sure.

If you don't take at least 21 active pills then you will not be protected on your break week. It's fine what you did but then I recommend skipping your break week.
