Anyone for suggestions!?!?!?!
I've always had an issue with my weight, as an adult. I'm 5'2" and my weight has fluctuated between 165 lbs and 230 lbs (at my heaviest). 17 years ago I was diagnosed with T1 diabetes and I have struggled tremendously with keeping it under control (A1c is currently 10.6) I honestly don't think it's been lower than 7 in 9 years. 2 yrs ago, I lost about 60 lbs, getting my weight down to 167 lbs. I had just met my now fiancee and I was walking regularly, 5 days a week. But in the last yr or so I've bounced back up to approximately 205 lbs. I want to get back down to at least 165 lbs, but I just can't seem to find the energy or motivation to drag my butt out to start walking again. Can anyone help me with suggestions on what could possibly help to motivate me to want to get out and start exercising? Losing the weight will not only make me feel better (about myself and in general) but I know it will help in lowering my A1c!
