2 years ago today, I was raped. I’ve been depressed and crying all day and trying to hide it from everyone. It’s just been a really shitty day for me.

When it comes to stuff like that, time doesn’t really help with healing, especially when you keep it bottled up. Mostly closure does. I’m guessing your never outed your rapist or told the authorities? It’s totally normal that you’re still depressed about it and still cry, and I’m so sorry that happened to you. I think you need to talk to someone about it because letting it tear you up inside will only make it worse and you won’t be able to move on.
