Can Braxton Hicks cause nausea??

I’m almost 29 weeks pregnant and I just got a bad upper abdominal pain almost like tightening, it made me a little nauseas. That was about 26 minutes ago though.
Are these Braxton Hicks?

Contractions can make you nauseous, my Braxton Hicks during my first pregnancy did. Sounds like Braxton Hicks.
