Well depends on where yall want the mood to happen, and whether you're a girl or a guy you can always be the one who sets the spicy environment. I say this, if yall are cuddling and watching tv, start slowly moving yourself closer to the individual you're trying to seduce, close enough to the point where you too can look at each other. If they're in the mood they'll keep looking at you,sharing a special silent cute subtle stare off unless they ask wyd. If they're not In the mood they'll either bring something up "oh so remember blah blah" or "look away and go on their phone or back at watching the tv. If any of that happens wait for them to finish talking or if it's a conversation where they want answers respond in a kinda soft sweet way until you guys are done, for the phone thing just keep looking at them not in a creepy way more of a "damn I love you, I love being with you" type of way that'll have them look back at you and smile or something. Okay so what if they ask wyd? Playfully shrug or say idk and smile or ask a cute question Ex."I love your presence" and as soon as you do any of those move in  forward even  closer for a peck on the lips those type of pecks where you hear the noise and its like 2 seconds long?and just wait look at them, do the peck thing and start kissing with tongue. Keep in mind all of this is supposed to be done at an average speed, not too fast or too slow. While you guys are kissing which is basically making out go for the chest and place your hand there or somewhere near their privates.. And well yeah you'll figure out the rest.
