Swaddle blankets
Going home outfit 
Baby socks hat mittens
Snacks
Nightgown
Diapers and wipes for drive home 
Pacifiers
Booby pads
Mommy going home outfit
Toothbrush
Hairbrush
Makeup (probably won't use it)
Slippers 
Camera
Chargers
Book

I would add your own shampoo/ body wash and your own towel (hospital towels are terrible)
