Should I get a pregnancy test?

So I had some condom failure on Sunday and got the morning after pill on Tuesday. I have been on my period since Sunday. However, after I took the pill it stopped slightly and has completely stopped today (Thursday), which is particularly early in terms of my usual cycle. 
Should I get a pregnancy test or is this normal ?

Plan B will mess your cycle up pretty much no matter what. You should be all good
