hungry 24/7
hey guys so im almost 6 months pp. and i noticed im hungry like all the time. I cant get full and its driving me nuts. im not sure if it's related to my birth conrtol i have the copper iud its non hormonal, my period its heavier than it usr to be or breast feeding. help. any suggestions or tips? what can i do to curvey appetite or stay full longer.
