Prenatal Vitamins
I started taking prenatal vitamins last month when I started TTC. Both last month and this month my cycle has been lighter, shorter, and the bad cramps i normally get have disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else? Trying to figure out if the prenatals regulated my cycle or if I was vitamin deficient, or both. Thanks!
