BBT Charting help!?

Question

I don't understand all this basal body temperature thing. Does this mean anything or how do you know? We've also started using preseed this cycle. Any help on understanding these charts would be greatly appreciated.

also to help explain- estrogen is produced before ovulation and usually surges just before you ovulate. Estrogen makes your basal body temperature lower. It's a 'cold' hormone. Right after you release an egg, or ovulate, estrogen production decreases dramatically and your body begins making lots of progesterone. Progesterone is a 'warm' hormone, so it raises your basal body temperature.

looks like you ovulated on CD 12. Do you see how you have low temps before and then high temps after? It's very clear on you chart.
