Also, a combination thereof. Because emotions and intentions are complicated things.
 Like, I may say, screw it, and post something. But also kind of want support because I've got low self esteem and a bad self image. But I'm not fishing for compliments. Just, like, here's this thing, ignore it if you want.  Hell, I expect people to ignore the things I post, so... whatever.     I'm trying to get used to just posting whatever I want to share and ignoring the self deprecating thoughts that try and make me not be social at all,
