I am so stressed y’all, due date is February 6th .. today 1/26 is my appointment to “schedule a c section”. My doctor is only giving me one reason as to why I cannot have a vbac and that is the 1% chance of a uterus rupture. This is my 3rd baby child. My first born was vaginally. No issues. My second was c section due to outbreak of warts due to HPV. Not many I might add. Maybe 6 total not close to where baby girl would make her entrance but doc at the time had me scared she could possibly get it so I just went with what he said. Current doctor said that was silly to do a c section over but yet here he is telling me he wants a c section over something that I am a good candidate for. I feel it in my bones that I can do this but I want his support. He’s been known to do them before so I am terribly confused. I have no outbreaks , swabs came back fine. No issues my whole pregnancy. Just doesn’t make any sense. Do I stand my ground and go with my gut or do I just give in and let the man do what he wants ?
