I have been having these sharp pain like ovulation pain in my left side lower abdomen for almost 4 days straight. Its sharp moderate pain that lasts for around 5secs and disappears. I mostly get them once or twice in a day. I dont know whether its ovulation pain or early pregnancy. My ovulation dates have passed and am expecting my periods on the 30th. I am so confused. Can I mayb do a pregnancy test right now or it might be too early???
