ROOK PIERCING

So I got my rook pierced about a year ago and it still hurts as bad as when I first got it pierced. It doesn’t had any indication of infection and looks completely normal. The guy who did it was pretty sketch (not gonna sugar coat it.) he had literally taken a hoop ring that would be used for a tragus, bent it, pierced my rook and used hat earring. I honestly don’t know what to do. Any suggestions pleaaaase help.
