Breastfeeding toddler

Does anybody still breastfeed while being pregnant? I am currently still breastfeeding my 21 month old girl and I am 18+3 weeks prego. I have tried weaning her off but it’s much easier said than done. She is far from self weaning and I would like to stop because my nips are getting so sensitive and it’s uncomfortable. She drinks plenty of milk so it’s definitely a comfort thing. I do not want to tandem feed and my goal was to have her weaned off by 16w pregnancy but that has failed. I would just like to hear other moms in this situation and any kind of advice would be appreciated!
