need some advice

okay ladies I normally have just spotting for 7 days but for this cycle I bled really heavy for 3 days and then it lightened up the next 2 days and then it quit but here's some backstory on my cycles I normally have really light cycles because of my PCOS and I was taking the depo shot there for 1 and a 1/2 years 5 years ago and when I was on the Depo shot I completely stop having them and then it took me another 3 years to have an actual cycle. So what my question is here is my body trying to get back to normal I'm really hoping it is because I've been trying to conceive for 3 years now
