Grandma babysat and let 9mo fall off couch on face!

So grandma (my mother in law) baby say for us while we went to a doctors apt. She let my 9 month old fall off the couch onto his face. We’re on our way to the emergency room bc there’s swelling in his nose and lip and scrape on his head, cheek and lip. I was nervous about her keeping him in the first place because she is very clueless and now I’m irate because she didn’t leave her hands on him while he was on the couch. Mind you I have hard wood floors and a marble coffee table that she “thinks” he hit on his way down. I’m ok to be upset right? I’m never going to feel ok with leaving him with her 😭
