Need help baby cleaning ??

What do you ladies use to clean your baby's toys and jumparoo high chair and really anything baby uses ?? I'm looking for something that is safe to use

Vinegar and water

Honest company makes a cleaner and I used it for the highchair and toys. If something is particularly dirty I’ll use Clorox wipes first and then the honest cleaner.

Babyganics toy & highchair cleaner

I just put the plastics in the dishwasher on sterilize and wipe down the highchair with baking soda wipes.
