Ultrasound 7 weeks Question

Today I had my follow up after my ultrasound at 7 weeks from Wednesday...my dr went over the results and said that baby looked fine...baby is on track with the estimated time and date we had. The only thing she said is that there was a little bruise/blood on baby from the placenta...she said it was common at this early but that it wasnt anything to worry that it usually goes away on its own. Has anyone had this??? I will have a follow up appt and ultrasound in 3 weeks. Hoping baby is fine and keeps growing healthy and strong 🤞🙏👶
