I will say VERY RARELY women will ovulate a second time, but it generally happens within a week of ovulating the first time, this is how some women are able to have 'twins' that are different gestational ages, or have different fathers. But since it happens so close to originally ovulating, it wouldn't technically happen during pregnancy

It happens in something like 1 out of 2+ billion pregnancies. You'd more likely get struck by a meteor.
