Intermittent fasting anyone??

So I’m on week two and so far have lost 7 lbs. I’m very excited about this however I’m still having trouble with the late night cravings. I do the 16/8 fast from 11-7. I pretty much drink coffee around 11 then eat lunch around 2pm then dinner around 6-7pm. I don’t drink soda or any type of sugar drinks anymore and stopped the late night snacking. I gained 30 lbs in the last 2 years from late night snacking and just not giving a f&ck; with my calorie intake. Now, I stay within 1500-2000 calories a day sometimes less than 1500 depending on how busy I am. I’m hoping this is just beginner’s struggles. I really do like the fact that I’m slowly losing the lbs and not super quick because it keeps me more motivated. Does anyone have advice on how they curbed the late night cravings? For ones who are IF?? I usually crave salty snacks like right now I could go for some goldfish crackers or cheez its OMG
