Pregnant Valentines Day ideas?

Husband and I usually make it a night on the town but it’s just not fun with a belly and no wine!! 
Suggestions for a fun pregnant Valentine’s Day?

Due to budget cuts. LOL  My hubby is going to make us dinner. The first meal he made for me when we were dating. Bertoli pasta with salad and garlic bread and watch the first movie we ever saw together. The Sweetest Thing. It will be a nice relaxing evening. Love it.
